Completion of Fidelio’s ownership increase in Greenfood

Greenfood AB today announces the completion of the previously communicated transaction in which Fidelio increases its ownership in Greenfood. The transaction was first announced on 28 July 2025 and became effective on 23 October 2025.

In connection with the transaction, changes have been made to the company’s Board of Directors, with Daniel Englund and Jakob Nilsson from Fidelio joining the Board.

The Board of Directors of Greenfood AB now consists of:

Martin Erleman
Theodor Bonnier
Jakob Nilsson
Daniel Englund (Deputy)

Max Cantor and Henrik Sandreus have stepped down from their positions.
