We call it Fresh Cut because it is … well, you know … freshly cut. The “it” in this segment can be a little bit of everything. All in all, we’re talking about a vast assortment of products. Pre-cut and rinsed salad mixes, fruits, and lots of vegetables. Pre-cut, pre-processed and pre-pared.

However, no matter what lovely product we’re dealing with, what they have in common is that we deliver them primarily to HoReCa and retail customers. And we’ve been doing it for the better part of 30 years, which means we’ve managed to build lots of long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.
