Greenfood entered 2026 with a strong first quarter, delivering improved profitability and continued momentum in its core businesses. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 15.8 percent, supported by growth and margin improvement in Picadeli and Food Solutions. Picadeli continued its international expansion, surpassing 200 points of sale in the US while further strengthening performance in France.

Picadeli tilldelas SACC-USA Business Award, Svensk-amerikanska handelskammarens prestigefyllda utmärkelse till snabbväxande svenska bolag som driver innovation, affärsutveckling och tillväxt på den amerikanska marknaden. I juryns motivering beskrivs Picadeli som “en verklig ledare inom hälsosam fast food”.

Greenfood today publishes its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025, now available on the Group’s website. During the year, Greenfood delivered significantly improved profitability, stable growth and a strengthened financial position, driven primarily by continued strong performance in Picadeli and Food Solutions, the Group’s two core value-creating business areas.

Svenska kommuner visar ett ökande intresse för svenskt växtbaserat protein i offentliga måltider. För Greenfoods satsning inom segmentet innebär det senaste året ett tydligt genombrott. Ett år efter lansering finns Ahlströms groddade baljväxtfärs nu upphandlad i 140 kommuner, och produkter framtagna tillsammans med SimSuFoodS återfinns i 150 kommunala avtal.

Group adjusted EBITDA increased by 20 percent to SEK 461 million for the year, driven primarily by Picadeli and Food Solutions. Picadeli grew net sales by 11.4 percent and improved profitability by 20.2 percent, once again demonstrating the strength of the concept.

Greenfood AB (publ) announces that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Dole Nordic AB regarding the sale of Greenfood’s Fresh Produce business.

Nu välkomnar Picadeli ännu en restaurang till familjen. Den nya restaurangen ligger i Kista, ett av Sveriges viktigaste områden för IT och telekom. Etableringen gör hälsosam snabbmat tillgänglig för fler i området och förstärker Kistas utbud. Samtidigt får besökarna uppleva nästa generations salladsbar, Arctic X.

Greenfood AB (publ) (“Greenfood”, or the “Issuer”) announces that, pursuant to a written procedure initiated on 24 October 2025 in respect of its SEK 1,300,000,000 Senior Secured Sustainability-Linked Floating Rate Notes due November 2028 with ISIN SE0023112222 (the “Notes”), the proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”) have been approved.

Greenfood maintained its strong momentum in the third quarter. Picadeli once again led growth, with net sales up 11.0 percent, while Food Solutions continued to gain traction, particularly in Denmark. During the period, Picadeli surpassed 300 salad bars in Finland, making it one of the country’s largest fast-food chains by number of outlets, and signed a new three-year contract with TotalEnergies, one of Europe’s leading service and fuel station operators.
