INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how Greenfood intends to process your personal data in conjunction with marketing campaigns, consumer contacts or when you apply for employment with us.

We respect your privacy and take appropriate steps to protect the personal data we process concerning you. All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below is a description of how we collect, process and share your personal data.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We will collect and process the following personal data concerning you (your “Personal Data”):

  • Photograph

FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • If you contact Greenfood via our consumer contact line, we need to collect your personal data in order to assist you (e.g. name, address, email address and telephone number).
  • If you apply for a job at Greenfood, we will need to process your name, personal identity number, photograph, email address, home address, bank account details and contact information.
  • If you participate in our marketing activities or campaigns, we will need to collect personal data concerning you (e.g. your name, postal address, email address and telephone number) in order to inform you if you have won a prize in a campaign and so that we know where to send your prize. 

ON WHAT LEGAL BASES WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED?

If you contact Greenfood via our consumer contact line, we need to collect your personal data in order to assist you (e.g. name, address, email address and telephone number).

If you apply for a job at Greenfood, we will need to process your name, personal identity number, photograph, email address, home address, bank account details and contact information.

If you participate in our marketing activities or campaigns, we will need to collect personal data concerning you (e.g. your name, postal address, email address and telephone number) in order to inform you if you have won a prize in a campaign and so that we know where to send your prize.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against the loss of your personal data, unauthorised access, etc. The total number of people with access to your personal data is limited. Only individuals who are associated with Greenfood and who need to process your personal data in accordance with the above stated purposes will have access to your personal data.

We share your personal data with other companies within the Greenfood Group, for example, in order to share your CV with relevant functions.

We may also share your personal data with suppliers and partners who perform services on our behalf, such as printers, external recruitment consultants, etc.

FOR HOW LONG WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE STORED?

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required and permitted in accordance with applicable legislation. This means that your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

This means that we have a responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed correctly and in accordance with applicable legislation. You have the right to know what personal data we are processing about you and to request a copy of said data. You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, in certain cases, to request that we erase your personal data. If you have given your consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, you always retain the right to withdraw your consent. As the controller we have a responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed correctly and in accordance with applicable legislation. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Please note that restrictions on or erasure of your personal data may mean that we are unable to fulfil our contractual obligations. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and request that these personal data are transmitted to another controller.
